Matthew gave this information about himself: The majority of my career so far has been spent in the greetings card industry. Building on my base of a BA Hons Degree in Graphic Design, Leicester Polytechnic, 1986-89. I have continued to develop my fine art painting in my spare time and regularly exhibit
locally
but I aim to take part in more national and international exhibitions,
maybe more contemporary shows for corporate buyers. Commissions so
far have been mainly for private buyers. I would also like to see
more of my pastel work used on greetings cards. I would very much
like to work with print and fine art publishers to develop my work
and themes in the future. My work is also featured on several other
websites. I have had a piece of work included in an instruction book
'The Encyclopedeia of Drawing Techniques' written by Hazel Harrison
and published by Quarto Publishing, London.
